About Carmen
Carmen Jones was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in South Central and North America.
Carmen is married to Kenneth Jones, an Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician in Mountain Home, AR. They have two talented boys, Anthony and Nathan Jones.
Carmen attended ASU-Beebe, where she obtained her Associates of Arts in Health Sciences. Furthering her education, she attended Arkansas Tech University as a Pre-Dental and Chemistry major. Carmen had the opportunity to take upper-level courses such as
Anatomy and Nutrition. She also became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2008.
Carmen is Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She is a member of First Baptist Church, where she is part of the choir, worship team and many leadership committees.
Carmen has been an athlete from an early age, competing in cross country, volleyball, and soccer. Continuing her passion for fitness as an adult, she joined CrossFit in 2015 and is now a full time OCB bikini bodybuilder.
Carmen is a certified CF-L1 trainer and continues to further her education with the NASM personal training and nutrition program.
